I believe dentistry chose me as I started as an assistant at only 18 years old. I have worked for general dentists, as a surgical assistant, and for an endodontist too. I now work in the front office and enjoy the faster pace
I have loved it ever since as it fits my nurturing personality and allows me to help people. I enjoy being around people and assisting them to overcome common obstacles, whether it is fear, financial, or otherwise.
Away from the office, I enjoy playing with my granddaughter, Ava and like to go camping and hiking. Most of all, I love being around my family and friends.
I was born in Seattle and absolutely love the Pacific Northwest. I also enjoy being able to help patients smile and feel good about what we did for them.
I chose dentistry because I like being “hands on” and part of a team who helps others be successful. I work hard to earn patient’s trust and will always do my best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
I have previously worked as a dental and orthodontics assistant, lab tech, and book keeper. I currently am a Patient Treatment Coordinator at Safe Harbor Smiles so I can assist you with your treatment plan and future appointments.
Outside of the office, I do some landscape designing and can hopefully one day visit Europe.
I am married with two adult children. I grew up in the Port Orchard, WA area.
I have over 12 years experience working on the front desk at various practices before getting my AAAS in Dental Hygiene. It has been more than 10 years since I became a hygienist and I love caring for our patients.
Away from Safe Harbor Smiles, I like to work out, go to concerts, and spend time with friends.

I enjoy being part of a team that is geared toward patient-oriented dentistry. I also like to encourage people to improve their overall health, which is greatly effected by your oral hygiene.
The motivated and talented people in our office always help me to grow and learn. As am curious about all aspects of health – I find this fascinating.
Outside of the office, I enjoy running, hiking, snorkeling, and swimming. I am a keen gardener, which allows me to show my creative side. Also, I like to attend concerts and cheer on the Huskies.
